Standard delivery time is 7 working days. Your order will be processed on the date of the order being placed and then produced by hand. Standard delivery is charged at £4.95.

We try our very best to always deliver the chocolate to you on time. However, if something does go wrong and your package arrives late please accept our apologies and let us know at info@chocri.co.uk. You will then get a £5 coupon from us.
During the warmer summer months, we use special cold packs so that your chocolate will not melt during shipping.
We deliver to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany and Switzerland via our German website www.chocri.de. For deliveries to the United States and Canada please visit www.chocri.com.
